Using the potential of the SUPERJET burner for solid materials, the research department of the Company has applied to the burner, as an alternative, the body of turbogas burner or the body of the airfuel burner. The result of this research is a burner which can according to the requirements feed the combustion in the kiln only by gas or a mixture with a gas coal or coal variable dosage.
Similarly a burner is able to feed the combustion in the kiln only using heavy oil, or a mixture of coal heavy oil variable dosage or only coal.
In this way it is possible to choose at any time, without any intervention of elements removing or adding, by means of a selector the most suitable fuel to be used based on the most convenient price of fuel at that time, ie a mixture which may have the primary component of the fuel (coal) with the addition of the secondary component (gas or heavy oil) according to the suitable proportions required by combustion or economic convenience.
The installation is composed of a coal group where fuel flow in relation to each fire opening is automatically controlled, and a group of gas or a group of heavy oil where the fuel flow rate is adjusted, and an air fan that provides for coal transportation and the injection into the kiln of coal gas air mixture or heavy oil coal air. Each unit is equipped with the automatic panel control and adjustment based on the data detected by the thermocouple.
